We stayed at the Riu in February it was a fantastic hotel the rooms where very clean.the hotel food was out of this world lots of different food you had a very good choice of different foods even someone who is a fussy eater would have no problem here.and the staff could not do enough for you nothing was a problem to the staff.i would highly recommend this hotel The hotel was amazing. The final straw came as I was packing my bags to check out & was greeted by a tiny baby bed bug sitting on the pillow. This hotel is ideal for both leisure and business travel. We really appreciate you as our guest and hopefully we will have a chance in the future to provide you with a better experience!
What we may suggest for other travelers is, stay home and travel later in 2020 due to the pandemic. Our team is looking forward to creating more unforgettable experiences for you in the near future when these difficult times are over. Problem #1, why was every African American guest assigned to rooms on the 25th floor in a barely full hotel? The staff were friendly and the hotel is in an excellent location just a few minutes walk from Times Square and the nearest subway station. Very modern reception area and very clean. When the issue was brought to the attention of the manager on duty, Diego, I was advised that the hotel chooses rooms randomly upon check in but if that is the case why did I have questionable guests blasting music & smoking marijuana next to me when I had checked in hours prior & why after changing rooms to a lovely room with a balcony was I greeting with people next door on their balcony talking loud and blasting music again? We really appreciate you as our guest and hopefully we will have a chance in the future to provide you with a better experience! Lets fight together to defeat it.
I had my daughter’s sweet sixteen birthday here and she had a few friends stay with her.
It’s in the centre of everything couldn’t be in a better location, the breakfast is good quality, but the que can be very long, but goes very quick. It was lovely didn’t let me down, made the time here very enjoyable, cannot moan about anything, clean, tidy, friendly overall lovely. Passion for travel is just taking a rest.
